Set up: Please be on site and completely set up by 5:30 p.m. You may arrive and set up as early as 3 p.m. to build the stoke for the event throughout the afternoon. We will begin clean-up and tear-down at 8 p.m.

Parking: Please park further away in the lot toward the T-Mobile store to save space for food trucks and attendees.

What to Bring: An engaging and experiential presence to connect with members of our Chandler community! This is a unique moment to connect All Out attendees with your organization’s mission and to leave positive lasting impressions. We would recommend engaging attendees with a hands-on activity, game, or giveaways. Bring your membership and social media sign-up capabilities to grow your organization.

Public Wi-Fi network: rei-guest (works great inside the store, not in the parking lot)

Food: We will have food, snacks, and drinks on site. This event is alcohol-free.

5k Run: Aravaipa Running, Black Men Run, and Frontrunners and Frontwalkers will host a 5k Run/Walk from the store starting at 5 p.m.

Giveaways: We will have giveaways for attendees.

What we need to know from your organization:

• How many tables and chairs do you need?
• Do you have your own tablecloth, or would you like us to provide one?
• Does your organization need access to an electrical outlet?
• What else do you need from us to make your night a success?
